TLDR: the others are good apps. This is the one that works offline, keeps the calendar free, and that your AI can write to. Yes or no below. Tap the ⓘ for the why.

Checked against each vendor's own site on 21 September 2026. † Todoist's and Things' prices are loaded by script or set per country in the App Store, so we could not read a figure straight off the page that day and have not quoted one. Everything else in a competitor's row is either on that vendor's site or something we have used ourselves. If a cell is wrong, or has gone out of date, please tell us and it will be fixed — the aim is a table you can trust, not one that flatters us.
The honest part
Where I'm behind.
The others have had years and whole teams. Marbler isn't in any app store yet: you install it from the browser, which works fine but people aren't used to it. No widgets, no watch app, no Siri beyond a Shortcut you set up yourself.
Where I'm ahead.
Two of these have an official AI connector. Marbler is the one where the AI, the calendar, the notes and the sharing all live in one app that works with no signal. And you can export everything, any time.
